That is pretty sweet. You should reinforce all of the pieces with aluminum strips when your finished so it isn't to flimsy

Not a bad idea. That actually crossed my mind at some point, too. But do you mean putting those aluminium strips underneath the armor parts or inside the parts?  I'm going to see how much firmness the sealer gives to the parts first and then I'll perhaps think about reinforcing it with the aluminium strips.

How are you planning on painting it?

I'm going to spray paint it with my spray gun. I also decided to spray paint those small patterns you see on the armor (carbon look) instead of using the carbon film. A friend of mine tried painting this same foam without any sealer and it turned out just fine, didn't suck into the foam. WIll have to see for myself before I go painting the whole armor though

I meant underneath it because its probably to late to put it in it.

Here's a pic of all the parts I've done so far together. Going to continue with the abs today and perhaps post another pic later in the evening.

Ok, here are the abs. Took some time to work with those little peaces one by one. Currently working on the lower rift line and the flanks. Probably going to finish up the front torso tomorrow with the cup part protecting the private area ;) Then I'll move on to the other arm...or the back perhaps?

Before gluing all these peaces together, I thought that it would be much easier to paint the parts when they're separate, but then I wouldn't be able to test fit the armor until it's all painted. So...guess I'm going to have to do it the hard way then...nothing comes easy, right? :P
