Cool, I just have to get Melee points 3 and I have this one myself. I'm nearly there.

Just play with the Batarian Brawler Vanguard with a Melee build (all power ranks&equipments set for melee) and a Reegar Carbine+Incinerate ammo against Geth on Gold and I can promise u that u'll get ur banner in no time...if u play him right u can add at least 50k points on your melee challenge after each game! just charge into them and press heavy melee just before the charge animation ends and u'll end up in a  "charging" charged melee fist, spam that and Voila! LOL..it worked for me as so and i've noticed that this character brings the most points by doing melee than every other strong melee character builds (krogans, N7 Shadow or N7 Paladin)..good luck:police:

Yeah, the Wraith X is a very nice shotgun. But the Javelin is my sniper of choice, I wish that was at X rather than my Black Widow.
