some1 speak about disconnects. Well I'll inform you that from release date, i'vce got only 2-3 dc's that are from Origin. My net is very good and i dont have problems.

I think I was quite nice in how I approached the matter, but someone was clearly hostile to begin with because of some unfathomable reasons. Still, it is a waste of my time so I'll leave it at that.

If you insist. Yep, better, antivirus software popping up just before the extract and you die. Windblows crashing when you least expect it. Origin going off-line all the time. The best reason why PC is better, script-kiddies changing their game and cheating!!

Nope, I know alot of people you have changed to either the ecks bawks or to the PS-3. Just way too many variables with the PC today to have fun playing ANY game any more. Sorry, troll did not work.

Agreed. I personally have not had a problem with my PS3 and Xbox 360. Unless I can use a controller all the time, there will be no PC for me.

These threads always seem too involved to me. Basically, the only reason to get a console is the same reason people buy Macs. The convenience. For less money one can simply make a more powerful box with old second hand parts (do you realise how many perfectly serviceable PC components are trashed every day?). I have enough old bits in the cupboard to make such (except box and PSU). It could even run an emulator if needed. It is just as easy as making a Hackintosh. What's more, If you make a Hackbox or Hackstation and stick with PC games you save on the cost of the box, the cost of the games and the cost of console subscriptions (a real bane for Xbox users). You end up with a faster box, tailor made for you at less up front and on going cost.

If you don't want to bother, fine, you can pay Microsoft or Sony to do it for you if you're rich enough. No problem with that.

I can't understand why the conversation ever reaches in to other areas as convenience is demonstrably the only significant factor to consider.
