I haven't been posting lately (work and heat nearly got me). Finally had some free time to finish a birthday present for sister. This time she came along with me and our favorite DAO party members. She demanded asked me to portray us as our Dalish Elves (both are Rangers, hers is an Assassin and mine is a Duelist/Shadow). Wynne and Morrigan lost in competition for the most constant attendants, so we are lacking in mage here.

Work notes: I looked through dozen of animals photos to get bear and wolf right. My sister posed for her own character. I heavily redesigned her Elf's armor, but the top is still recognizable. She ended up being a fantasy ninja.

Your work is wonderful as always. It never ceases to me. The details on Alistair's armor and Shale's "skin" are amazing, and you even went to the trouble of casting light from two different colored crystals on her. Again I'm impressed by their armor's detail--although the rest is excellent too. I like how one elf is seems a bit put out and all business while the other has a smirk on her face. It shows a lot about the two characters. Also Alistair's expression and the way he reaches for his sword... maybe the band just spotted a party of darkspawn? I ramble. Bottom line is it's an excellent piece. Glad to see you back!
