Where do I get help resolving a failed Bioware Points payment? The EA help-site is a horrible maze of useless topics that have nothing to do with my problem. I just want to email customer support and get a refund.
But when I click the link "Email Us" on this page, and login, I get this: "Unable to redirect to required source."
So now the money is gone from my bankaccount, but I didn't get the Biowarepoints because the transaction "failed".
Great, just great.
