You cant do plat less then 12 mins even with 4 palyers it can take 30 to 45 mins. Post videos then to prove it.

Is this post for real? There are plenty of videos out there of it being done in 15 mins or less.

Haha, lol. Platinum actually never took me anywhere close to 45 minutes even with 3 people on the team, mostly times like 20-22 minutes and around 14 with a good team on Glacier.

I just watched 1st video in the links post. How does player get 8 missiles? That explains why I thought it could not be done. I only can get 3 with gear added.

If you are serious about how, after you unlock everything each person has 6 rockets plus 3 more by adding armored compartments. 36 rockets makes for a quick game. It used to take a lot more effort. Even without rockets though it has been done in less than 12 minutes.

no we only took a picture from 1 of the guys fones. There will be a video up soon on how to speed run it do. If that tutorial not every good I will upload a new 1 with my new hd pvr that getting in 4 days. If the guys agree to releasing it to the public and properly record breaking the record again hopefully.

Geek I see the engineers, did you adopt my strategy placement to prevent splits and just brought the engies for extra fire power?

From what geeked showed me are we were basically identical. We didn't have much split spawns except for a certain wave but we now basically encourage it. Didn't have many issues with splits for the majority of the waves. It was more of a process of cleaning up our rocketing.

If we would of got a ideal objective wave 10 we would of been damn close to 7min flat. We would of beaten our Goddess time for sure.

You are right Becther the positions are close on our strategies but the couple of steps in difference is what causes splits or not. If I may know who was the master mind that suggested nuking the current spot?

I think it was RNC that had suggested hitting that spot. Same spot you were hitting. It certainly helped to go through it with you to see how it effects spawns. I'm still not sure how you were doing 8 & 9 in only 3 rockets, like Bechter said we kind of embraced the split. It was fun being able to collaborate with you on this one.

Funny thing is the skeleton of this strategy was our first one we tried but it wasn't running as smoothly as we liked so we tried several other things before coming back to it. We haven't been able to put alot of time in together the last month or so. Our serious attempts have only happened within the last week.

Well you can only do it in 3 rockets if you get all 8 to spawn 3 times there with no splits. Wave 7 has actually been done in 4 missiles by both smooth and dan which IMO is more impressive than me handling 8 & 9 on 3 each. If I had a team on the Xbox as committed as my PS3 guys I would grind Jade to try and match the 7:22 on Goddess but I don't have enough speed run friends over there yet.

Nice one guys. Are you keeping the video under wraps for awhile? I would think pizzas on wave 10 would be ideal, but I can see it being iffy on Jade.

JK Cricketer said to give them a week and they would beat it so we will probably at least wait that long for the video. I know ps3 has a tutorial for this they will put up soon.

Wave 10 pizza didn't go well at all so there is some room for improvement though we may quit the grind for now and go back to some other maps.
