If shepard has inferno ammo enabled will it be overriddern if say zaeed enables squad distrupter ammo?What if zaeed first enables squad distrupter ammo and then shepard enables inferno ammo?

The second one used will over-ride the first. So if you want Shep using Inferno while the team uses Disruptor, activate Disruptor first, then put Inferno on Shep's gun(s).
