Just wondering what has happened to the additional points I had which I purchased to pay for Wardens Keep and future additional content.  Rather than displaying the number of points remaining it now just states '--'.  It was the $14 purchase I paid for originally so I am hoping this is just a temporary glitch and my points will be returned once resolved...Image IPB

Posted this in tech support forum a week ago but nada response.

Has anyone else had the same issue?  If not resolved soon may have to go to CC company and claw the cash back...

I do not expect you to get any more information on this then you would in the tech forum. Maybe try there again and get in touch with the support staff. Best of luck with that and finding your missing points.

If it says '--' that's likely becaue for some reason it cannot connect to the server to tell you how many points you actually had. If you had zero it would say '0'

The first post is with regard to 90mins downtime due on the 20th Jan.  The game has been reporting -- as my balance for over a week now.  It is probably as suggested that there is an issue with the game connecting to their server although the game is always online.  It just makes me decidedly nervous when saying blank for so long.... Thanks for the responses

My game is still showing the 400 points I bought for RTO....try a post in the Points.bioware.com Site Help forum.

Also, you can check your point balance in your online account. Go to Profile>Add BioWare Points, enter your password, then go to Point Statement. That'll give you the info you need, even if your game isn't connecting properly.
