My post on this page explains why that isn't the case.

Well, I disagree about Cerberus and TIM, but I'll honor Knight.

Please don't compare the Order with the derpfest that's ME2 Cerberus.

Hey, ME2 was alright. It was ME3 that messed things up.

ME2 was a good Unreal 2 remake. I truly enjoyed it. :D

Cerberus was retcon in each game, The Order is consistant, always. Please don't compare a badly written faction that is not consisant in all three games to a group that is well written and consistant.

I'd be interested in looking at how the Order is in Redania. Their primary function is obvious, but I'd like to explore their other function of cowing the nobility in line and centralize power in Radovid's hands.

Give 'em the "Rick Grimes" if they don't.

Cool that CDPRed is one of the various companies that are picking up the "pieces" of the Project Copernicus' team... So many talented people there. It was a shame all that went down like a castle of cards in 38 Studios...

Well, I guess they're some kind of Radovid private bodyguards, and main part of his army now.
About what Jacques de Aldersberg would be proud I guess.

Hopefully TW3 will clear up whether or not that one bald headed Order knight that was added in the EE is supposed to be grand master if Siegfried is dead.

How does the optimization of TW2 compare to TW1?

Now, when I say optimization, I mean the way the program interfaces with the hardware--I may be using it wrong. Basically how jerky the program is regardless of computer power. I've noticed that even when I'm running 60 FPS, TW1 will sometimes have jerky animations. Is TW2 smoother?

I found TW2 much more smoother personally. That's because the engine is much better then the engine TW used. TW used a modified Aurora engine.

TW2 initially had some lag and unresponsiveness for me, but this was fixed in patches. Unfortunately the UI is consolized whereas in TW1 it was not. This does cause annoying issues, like you have to be right in front of something in precisely the right place to activate it, and the menus are clunky.  Nothing too major, just annoyances.

Hehe, TW2 lagged so much on my old computer that I had to put it in the lowest quality setting just for it to run 'alright.' It still lagged as ****, but was playable.

You know you've made an awesome game when you play it inside out under those circumstances.

Glad to see them going back to TW1 roots, that soundtrack was freaking awesome, one of the best, most atmospheric I've ever heard in an RPG.

TW2 music was... Okay, but nowhere near TW1.

If anyone is interested, Gaminformer is giving their readership a chance to ask somthg about Witcher 3 that hasn't been covered yet by their reports/videos/articles...

If the question is good enough and proper (dont waste your time with story-spoilers), they'll ask CDPRed and will answer the question on their Podcast later this week...

this here the link
