But atm its 1.5 year to debut. So probably reqs will be higher (so I will upgrade my PC one month before TW3 coming out)

Money...... Lots. And Lots...... Of money. 

for the standard 2 GB I'm seeing about 420 to 470 bucks for the OC and FTW editions that are 4 GB it looks like 510 to 550. Not bad, but still really pricey. I think a 660ti or 7950, 8 GB's or Ram and quad core CPU will be fine to run Witcher 3 at high settings on 1080p at 60ish frames. It will be better optimized than Witcher 2.

I can't wait for this game. I, however, am going to need a significant upgrade. Possibly even a whole new computer. It sucks to be a budget PC gamer.

If highest settings is what you play, sure if not then don't be because their is no way that a GTX 670 won't be able to play the game and that is certain.

I have a GTX680, but the way I play my games it sometimes has to work pretty hard. May upgrade around the time this game ships.

Game looks really good, and the notes listed earlier were pleasing to read. Have hated QTE since they were introduced in PC games; remind me too much of the Summer and Winter Games on the older 8-bit computers in the 80s, where I had to quickly mash the control stick from side to side to run, swim, etc. Ugh.

I just hope that gtx 660 will be enough to run this...

I wonder how many of the graphics options I'll have to disable to make the game look it's best. In W2 I disabled roughly half of them because they only added blur to the view.

Also hope this game supports surround sound; love this in a headset when supported.

The 3 possible endings is a bit more focused, and reminiscent of W1, which I am more than happy with in that regard.
