Thanks for all of the info drops! This sounds spectacular!! Love the fact enemies won't scale. Not too keen on the possibilitiy of returning qte's, though. I can't wait to see how the story and narrative unfold...and have the ability to explore! A lot more. For those not interested in it, the story itself will not be hindered.

Hopefully they give us the choice so those that do like Triss can pick Triss and those that don't and prefer Yen can pick her. Railroading to any one of the characters would be very bad imo.

It would be nice but I really expect Cynthia and Ves to get the Shani treatment. Hopefully 'm wrong though and CDP does a better job with importing over with characters and not just text or a small cameo.

Ves should carry over as a major character imo. She deserved more development. Cynthia would be cool too, but we know what can happen to her in TW2.

Cynthia and Ves were just flings though unlike Shani.

Personally, I'm more eager to see my boy Siegfried again and his Order. Him being labeled as a "major character" in the TW2 journal and now the news of going to Novigrad give me some hope.

Also agree with Slim, Vess should be a major character, there's no reason for her, including Roche and Iorveth not to be when it's open world. Same with Siegfried.

I'm so happy about this.

The change is going to be weird though. I remember that i used to dodge roll so much that it's abuse had bled over into my current Metal Gear 3 & 4 playthroughs.

If you don't like Triss, you'll likely despise Yen. She's essentially Triss on turbo-**** mode.

I'm so happy the roll is gone. The roll was just dumb in my opinion. No true sword fighter would be rolling like a monkey in battle like that. Pivot move osunds great.

I like Yen very much, always have. My dislike for Triss crosses over from the books and the games make it worse.
