Another great deal on NWN1 and NWN2 together complete on Gamestop for $7.49

not sure how long that price will last

Wow! Had I not already bought NWN 1 Diamond on GoG for $5 at the beginning of December, I would propably get this. As it stands, I will probably just pay the $15 to keep both copies on GoG and not have to deal with the Game Stop App. Or I can just keep it in my GoG wishlist and grab it for $5-$10 when it inevitably goes on sale.

I don't even play/own NWN2 and this is still fabulous news- and for both communities, too, IMO.  Whomever GOG.com has negotiating their licensing contracts with publishers seems to be a pretty adroit individual.  I have no idea whether it's single-minded doggedness or existing industry connections from the CD Projekt days or what, but they seem to be able to nab distribution rights where other companies have either failed or given up.

I noticed it was pointed out that the publisher is listed as Hasbro and for the GameStop bundle Hasbro appears as the publisher as well.  Not meaning to digress but does anyone know whether listing Hasbro as the publisher indicates that the rights Atari had as publisher might have contractually reverted to Hasbro after Atari NA went belly up recently?

I assumed those publishing rights would wind up on the bankruptcy auction block but looking at this now, I wonder if there might have been a clause somewhere and Hasbro's holding all the cards, now.

?
