ME1 - Spectre Induction scene (the moment plus the music was very powerful)

ME2 - Suicide Mission where the secondary team lays down cover fire while you race to the door, then turning to help fire on the Collectors giving chase.

ME3 - (tie) Liara's "gift" during Priority: Earth and Tali gazing over Rannoch while "Vigil" plays after the Reaper is destroyed.

The reveal of the Normandy in ME2 was a close second, for me. 

That is good. The chills are running down my back and arms while watching that again. First time I've watched it in a while. This part here is where it gets me the most (right up until meeting with the Councilors).

My favourite part is where Hackett says "Hit em' with everything we've got", and then the Normandy swoops past and takes Sovereign out in one. 

Dunno why, but the way Lance Henrickson says that line gets me every time.

That's hard, there are a lot of great moments in the trilogy.

ME1 -
the first trip to the Citadel
the Kaidan romance scene
the dizzying feeling of stepping outside the Citadel tower with magnet boots to head to Sovereign
Emerging from the rubble at the end of the battle with a grin.

ME2 -
the new Normandy unveiled
playing as Joker when the Collectors attacked the ship
Discovering who Archangel really was
Kasumi's loyalty mission
the whole Suicide mission and all the cutscenes and epic team moments

ME3 -
Thane vs. Kai Leng
the inside of the geth consensus (for the first 5 min anyway)
Mordin's final song
Kaidan's Citadel date/romance
"that was for Thane, you son of a ****!"
the loss of Thessia, if just for the total bleakness I felt the first time I finished that mission (matched by Shep's expression)

Wow! What a tough question. Uh, I don't know, so many. I can't pick one, so I'll try to break it down to my favorite character moment. And then my favorite storyline moment.

"Legion- I'm sorry Commander, I must go too them"

My favorite character moment- is probably The introduction of Thane in ME2, either that or shooting bottle with my bro, Space Batman.

There are so many.
Favorite Romance moment, Tali during the evac scene. "I have a home". Broke my heart.

Say what you will about ME3 in terms of the endings but they tearjerker moments are really emotional.

Honorable mention- Meeting the Shadow Broker the first time. That thing was huge and a b!tch on insanity to beat.

Ever: ME2 Suicide Mission. It was nearly  perfect start to finish *speech was a little over-the-top and lolhumanreaper*.


ME1-  That moment when you're on Virmire.. you get to pick Ash or Kaiden and the camera has this profile shot on Shepard, and he has this look on his face I can't describe.  My own hesitation in real life perfectly matched that look. I haven't experienced that in another game ever.  *below scene basically*  I  didn't pick up the ME series until March of 2012 but I still didn't know this was coming up.



ME3:
                               ...ummmm.   Only memorable moments were all death scenes weren't they? That's kinda messed up.

It is hard to nail it down to just one.

For ME 1 I would probably have to go with most of the cutscenes from the battle of the citadel, from the initial attack all the way to where Shepard is standing triumphantly on some of Soveriegn's debris and smiling at Anderson.

For ME 2 I really liked the part just before the destruction of the collectors where Harbinger releases control of the Collector General and says "You have failed, we will find another way"

For ME 3 I liked when the Normandy lead the galactic fleet through the Sol Relay for the final confrontation with the Reapers.

Mordin's death curing the genophage. When he started humming 'scientist solarian', it was a weird moment of feeling both happy and sad at the same time. Agonized and proud. Never felt that way playing a video game before, or even watching a movie.

Wouldn't have cared one way or another though if I hadn't gone through the first two games to build up to that point. Makes me wonder if we'll ever see another series of games like Mass Effect.

Everything Mordin related.  Easily the best character in ME3.  His loyalty mission stands out (killing Maelon) Link

Samantha comforting FemShep before Cronos. Link
"Lets get it done, and go home" (best line by Mark Meer in the trilogy...kinda ruined by Ash's laugh). Link
MShep becoming too obsessed with the Reapers to realize he has pushed Ashley (his LI) away. Link
"I MADE A MISTAKE!" Link
Aria in all of Omega DLC. "I'm back f***ers."  Link

Mine? ME2 ending with keeping the Collector base and not being a dick to TIM.

The fall of the Proto-Reaper, revelation of Harbinger controlling the Collectors all along, TIM's expression after his talk with Shepard, and the Reapers making their advance to the Milky Way.

Made me hopeful for what was to come in ME3. Oh well,,,
