Oh damn. There's a lot of good ones.

Gonna have to go with the extended cut scene where the Normandy picks up your squad after they're hit by the Reaper laser, though (assuming they survive). Especially when you've romanced Tali. 'Twas the only scene that almost brought me to tears.

Edit: Meeting Sovereign and Legion's and Mordin's deaths are close seconds. Also, the final scenes with Saren in ME1 and TIM in ME2 were pretty good.
I would say leaving Earth, but I've done so many playthroughs that I'm sick of that scene. It's just tedious now.

I love beginning the Tali romance. The way she's so awkward and cute about, while also being excited and taking a risk at trying to be flirty for a bit. So cute.

Although, I do love all of those citadel dates and talks with the crew. I'm so glad we could just settle down and see Shepard relax with his friends as friends. I would love a DLC like "Deleted Scenes" that just put in more of these moments scattered about. (mostly I want Tali to teach Shepard how to dance)

Becoming a SPECTRE felt pretty cool.

And the body language between Shep and Liara during the Shadow Broker Yahg fight. The look she gave just made you feel like she had your back.

My favorite scene is when you first talk to Sovereign ME 1. Before that I was so engrossed with the musical score of the game and awesome storyline that I just knew something big was coming. That booming voice and the horrid flashes that Shepherd gets from the Beacon were amazing.

I honestly wish I could play ME1 for the first time again. Perhaps the ui and stuff were not the Gears of War/CoD crowd favorites that Bioware shot for with 2 and 3 but playing 1 again for the first time would be great.

2 was decent. I wish we could have continued the same story and stuck with the old team primarily but at least it was more ME. Really missed the inventory system and continuously upgraded my gear with levels though, but my 2nd favorite scene comes at the end of ME2 when you see lots of Reapers coming out of dark space at the end (probably DLC end). I was so sure we got to fight reapers in ME3 and have epic battles, but was let down with a minor exception. I thought as ME3 started we would be on the run in the Normandy and Cerberus crew and the Normandy would form up with a Council fleet and that is how Shepherd was re-integrated into the swing of things, by sheer necessity or something to explain why Shepherd is back to being a Captain/Specter, instead of 2 seconds of trial then earth falls. The images from ME2's end show that finally Shepherd was vindicated and had proof to force support from all governments had shown up in the form of a reaper fleet but ME3 is a mess of broken alliances and yet another new story devoid of connection to the last. Perhaps had they killed off Shepherd in the end of 1 instead of the first few minutes of 2 it would have been a bit easier to swallow and continue but it seems changes in development and writing meant new folks had to put their mark on the game.

Still, having Garrus proclaim he was King of the Bottle Shooters was pretty funny.

I've a worst-possible runthrough attempt that I go through, and my god, it has what has to be the most heartbreaking scene in it.

See, for my attempt to work, I determine that I have to sacrifice the quarians to save the weakened geth. And... That scene, when the party first steps on Rannoch, and Tali makes her land claim? 

Brings me to tears, every. Single. Time. Such a hopeful, uplifting scene that can serve a dual purpose as a tragic one... Whoever wrote Priority: Rannoch knew what they were doing.

Damn. Favorite scene in the Trilogy? There's just so many....


I guess I could say the Virmire faceoff between Shepard and Saren. (When Saren picks Shep up by the throat, and Shep duffs him in the face. I was just like "F*CK Yeah! What's up now?! Oh sh*t we better get the hell outta here" lol)

Then there's the whole, "we can do it!"/"no we can't" scene in the cockpit, before Joker drops us in the Mako on Ilos (the first time Saren actually looks a bit nervous throughout the whole game)



The last scene of ME2 with all the Reapers closing in from Dark Space

Liara's gift and farewell.



And the winner is: the very very last scene of ME1. You know ......the one where Shep is just standing there triumphant, gazing with a stoic look on his face, awaiting what's to come....and then the crescendo hits and then BAM: The Faunts - M4 Part 2 kicks in....talk about timing. Probably the best feeling I've ever had after completing a videogame. And I've played a ridiculous amount. Music goes a long way

Probably the hospital scene after Ashley is hurt. It was nice to just sit down and catch up after all that tme, and I think the writers handled it well.

Just the dodging part. But when the Reaper approaches and you just stay still, aiming... That was amazing.

2- Shutting down Project Overlord. The close in David's full of tear eyes make me cry.

3- Synthesis ending, no matter what others say.
