I fail to see what your point is.

Not that I buy the leak, but I still don't think some kind of other mission is out of the question.  Two reasonable flaws in your logic are:

1.  He specifically said that the missions he saw in the thread would not be feasible, not that they hadn't come up with their own that would be.

2.  In the time since then, they may have found a novel and easier/cheaper solution to implementing something along those lines.  Not perhaps to the awesomeness that the BSN has come up with, but still something different than the 10 Waves survived mode we have now.

Guys. Guys. Be reasonable: They can't NOT put Turian Women in the game. Let's be honest here: they worked hard on Nyreen's model. Hell, they gave her two. That's kind of a big deal, considering how brief her role was. They pretty much have to add them to multiplayer.

Which means that, if they aren't in this DLC, they will be part of the next. I know a lot of people are giving up at this point, acting like bioware is going to shut down the whole thing without a warning any minute now, but it is possible. Think about it. We get a DLC now, and after spring we get another one. Maybe THAT could be the last one, and maybe it could be a smaller-scaled DLC with just characters and a couple of new maps.

OR MAYBE this whole post was a trolling attempt, and they knew that not mentioning Turian women and mentioning volus would ****** people off. Either works.

Just don't lose hope. Turian women should be in the game, as far as the game is concerned. And Krogan women would be an unusual addition, I get that. But they can't force every single female of an alien race to stay at home, and I hope they realize that doing that would be monumentally stupid.

It's because it's one of the #1 wanted thing put into the game from the community at the moment.
To ignore it is to ignore the fans.
That and it's NEW, I'd rather have that than have ANOTHER Volus with the same character model, the same voice and some old powers slapped on by a long shot.

I don't know why you think this is what the community wants. I'm part of the community and I'm not fussed either way. I'd much rather new powers and maps than a female Turian model. Maybe this is what a lot of BSNers want, but they do not constitute the majority of the playerbase.

Amen brother.  I'm fairly sure Bioware has noticed how little the female characters are already being used by the majority of the playerbase.  It could definitely play in there decision making.  I'm not AGAINST having female turians but omitting them doesn't mean we're being ignored.

Maybe because there's 4 different signature on this forum asking for Female Turians? You practically TRIP over them here.
And it's not just here on BSN, as soon as people saw Nyreen sites like Tumblr, Twitter and Facebook lit up with requests for Female Turians in MP.

Female Turians would be just a logical thing to do after developing two Nyreen models and new powers in the Omega DLC.

I doubt they didn't have MP in mind while implementing Flare/Biotic Protector.

I was talking about female Krogan. And, to be accurate, what I meant as being "monumentally stupid" is not simply not putting them in the game. That would be just disappointing. But to try and excuse that choice with the argument "All krogan women are too busy being moms, they can't fight", would be monumentally stupid.

And I know a lot of people think like that, just like they thought Volus couldn't be fighters. And there they are. They are a minority, a rarity among Volus, but There. They. Are. Denying Krogan women the chance to fight completely would be even worse, considering that they at least wouldn't risk exploding from decompression every time they enter a firefight.
