And he had extra mag, stabilty mod and warp ammo iv.

Imagine how ridiculous it would have been with extra mag, extended barrel and AP Ammo IV 

Can't really blame him for the stability mod though, that thing used to kick like a mule.

It would make the Rippers cry.... hell.... it did back then too.

I remember the old recoil... it kept me from using the weapon often. If only we knew then what we know now...

Judging from the tone of this thread... about half of BSN... and over half the PUGs I meet.

I'm on the opposite side of the spectrum... I use gear/consumables everywhere... even on Bronze. I took AP III ammo on a TGI w/ Harrier X, Glacier/Reapers/Bronze to do my weekend challenge. I have no shame (I have truckloads of gear). Come at me bro

For the biotic charge challenge, I used Kroguard + mental focuser V + Power Amplifier IV. A single charge would kill any non-boss units 

Also did a bronze speedrun with QMIs and Power Amps IV. Easiest killstreaks ever

I still think it could use a buff. IMO, it should dwarf PPR damage given the huge weight of the thing, even at X, and it doesn't have perfect accuracy like the PPR

So here's a vid of the Avenger X topping the scoreboard on Gold/Geth/Reactor using the same Destroyer build as Feneckus.

It's amazing how you can turn a crap gun into something usefull when u cake it full of mods. I even clutched a few rounds with it.

Ok, here's an idea. To avoid crap posts like this in the future.

I make a video of me topping a pug scoreboard using a modless predator X, on a lvl 1 drell adept and without any consumable or gear.


Does anyone think something like that will stop people from posting this crap?

Ah yes, that video proved without a doubt the Avenger is better than the Typhoon. In fact, the Typhoon isn't even in the same league.

Thank you for showing me the error of my ways, I will now equip the Avenger on all of my weapons classes instead.

I see, Geth are really terrible with a Destroyer. Also, if you had to solo soooo many waves, you're score isn't that good, almost seems like you didn't do much damage while your semi-competent teammates weren't bleeding out.

Sorry for being a little harsh here, but those 'I outscored randoms with combination xyz' videos/scoreboards don't show anything.
