Can you take out an atlas in 1 clip?

Also, what build did you use, mods, etc, I ask it because I know you are great player and maybe can be lags problems

The weapon looks really bad when there is lag involved, i remember a game in which it tooks half clip to take down a husk.

great. another "its gotta be at 10 to be awesome gun."

still needs a buff to be an attractive choice to other guns.

its taking forever to unlock, last gun to unlock.

I agree on two parts..first off it shoudn't be TOO focused...for optimization but of course genral use has to be a variable included too ;)

I think I'm going to make some footage of me using a Batarian Sentinel on Platinum against Collectors using a Harrier with no consumables just to prove a point on how asinine such logic is.

The problem is that many weapons are actually useless unless used by certain builds. I agree that certain passives should make those weapons more effective, but as it stands, they are only made effective at high levels. Other than that, those passives make bad weapons mediocre, maybe good in certain hands; on anything else they just suck. It kills the build diversity, and along with it, the fun.

Isn't gears and consumables are made for it?
Or now skil is going for gold/platinum without them? Only people who really bored of MP or people who make strange terms for themselves like never use Cyclonic modulators doing it.

Also the video isn't for skill demonstration. It's for all these people wih their numerous topic like "Typhoon/CSR/CSMG sucks" and for proving that they're doing something wrong (i saw an Asari Vanguard with Typhoon 1 few times, and after it of course yes Typhoon sucks, biower, pls buff it).

but a weapon shoudn't be too selective either as this might result in other issues of fun and such and diversity

Also feneckus, the enemies just aren't agressive. No way an console peasent like myself could get away with ebing in the open that much, and eveyrthing but the destroyer gets stunned out fo the ramp up. If you don't ramp it up you do crap damage. There are alot of factors you are missing. I'm not even gonna go into them all, but at the end of the day nobody said its a bad weapon, but its also not as good as you claim it to be for the other 99% of people

 

not this again. <_< The enemies are MORE aggressive on PC, not less. It's well documented and attested to by a number of reformed console scrubs. (People who have commented on how much more accurate the enemy is on PC than on xbox, after moving to PC from xbox). 

In the video, Feneckus is mainly facing bosses, using soft cover, or shooting things like Phantoms so that they flip. That's why they're not shooting at him.


On xbox, phantoms shoot you mid flip. They also charge at you agressively alot more then on PC where they just seem to dodge instead. I'm not gonna relive your whole convo cause as you stated it depends on teh PC. a bad PC = less agressive enemies a good PC = more aggresive. it also means even on a good PC, you could run programs in teh background to eat up resources making the game easier as well. In that video the enemies are way less aggresive then on console.

 

Phantoms shoot you mid flip often enough on PC too. It's to do with lag/animation cancelling. 

And I've seen xbox gameplays, the AI is thick as a brick.

I'm pretty sure i have video of it. Cause i was recording some of the runs. I'll see if i can find it cause i don't remember. Its a good gun and it works well on platinum but it doens't melt bosses like the PPR, at leats not for us xboxers the way i see it on the PC videos. ALso lag could be an issue, i wasn't aware the typhoon suffered from lag issues.

Right cause BW made different AI engines for console then for PC. is there a crazy smiley?
The AI is the same, You even admittied yourself that its all due to how god of a computer is. You guys can make a platinum feel like a bronze by running a vido editor in the background while playing. its a false difficulty

Wrong. I've regularly played at sub 20 FPS when I've been compressing something with vegas and the only difference is my frame rate is horrible and so I can't move, react or aim very well.

Capping your FPS in game works, but you can't force it to cap just by running other programmes.

I'm going to pop in this one, the AI on PC has some more flex for some reason and yes AIMS much more key spot...also the phantoms are equal on Xbox and PC... it's other units that changed up their AI pace... notably Mooks and the Atlas

I don't think I ever SEEN a Atlas on Xbox Arm gaurd before moving it's arm  to shield from your shots for a short time

Cents/Troopers grenade throws are more scary now....in PC cause they perform the smoke/grenade toss even more often and spasm them a tad more often for some darn reason, and yes agian their precision is more spot on...I havn't the clue why but it's annoying with COllector Capts/Troops and Mauraders whom are fancy pant jerk shots... and damn the Nemsis is MUCH more brave and will stop in front of you and SNAP shot your butt in amomment and run off and they'll do this often more than the Xbox version <_<, they litterally annoyed me to kingdom come doing that also engineers are much more annoying....they shoot much more focused as well but even worse they mroe often run for the atlas or the turret zone and hang there isntead of walkin off in lawl land

the AI engines are the "same" but the proccessign units vs the Xbox are much higher thus they have less constriction on the unit controled and commands they intake proccessing not a smarter VI but a much more capable VI to input it's commands at a better pace along with the fact their aimers arn't as drastic precision wise on Xbox is due to notably non hosts...don't expierce the full blunt while a host will suffer a ton

on PC though non hosts will get hammerd nearly as hard and the host suffers almost the full weight of the heighten difficulties and power of their ehnaced precision no blanks from those guys ho ho ho

This comment shows that you have no idea what you are talking about. Playing at such low framerates is a huge handicap. It's disgusting, really.

It needs a buff because at its weight, it shouldn't be outdone by other, much lighter guns at boss killing. But the reality is that it is.

OP I hate to be the bringer of bad news but just to give you a reality check, showing how 'strong' a weapon is on gold is really irrelevant. Trying to ridicule the majority of BSNers who obviously have been debating alot about this weapon's strengths and weaknesses makes you look even worst considering the difficulty you're playing.

Go play platinum, then bring your points to the table.

That might be true if the host does it, for a client, not so much. 

Please, if you find the time to play a match of ME3 on PC anywhere, do so. If you can manage it, cap your fps at 20 - or better just run something in the background that takes up all the ressources, so you'll whitness some nice drops to <10fps every once in a while. Then come back and tell me how the game got easier because of this. To make this even better, play on a host that gives you the slightest bit of lag, preferably with him/her having a high end PC.

My point: anybody who deliberately plays at 15-20fps while he could play at 45-60fps is very likely to be braindead. And I don't care about the braindead.
