Got Crusader II. On the upside I used the op as an excuse to attempt my 1st Silver solo which I completed successfully. Also got my 1st 20 headshot medal but it's not really something to crow about as I was using the Revenant. With that thing just hitting the target is pure luck, never mind the head.

quick question, i got the gold medal when trying to solo bronze for first time but didnt manage to complete to extraction... so do i have to extract to get the pack? since i didnt get it when i failed. dont know if bug or not

You have to extract in order to complete this weekends mission, i'm afraid.

No, you can just wipe after getting the medal and the challenge will be completed once you get to the lobby. I did this both on PC and 360. Although I got a Valkyrie both times, so maybe Bioware is punishing me for being lazy...
