second one is a salarian infiltrator
third one is a ghost

make it a bit more difficult.

Arc Grenades have a huge radius. "Far reaches my might" for the radius, and "electrocuting foes' my delight" because they're electric.

The swimming part, on the other hand...

Actually the Adept is more viable as an answer due to having less defense possibilities.

Biotic charge recharges shields y'know.

True, but I think the TGI is the only infiltrator with overload. There is the shadows electric slash - but I don't see the link to the swimming bit.

salarians used to be frogs, and have shield drain.  also there was that clip with mordin in the campaign.
