A post explaining my riddles:

Closing in on the easy prey,
They can’t believe their luck.
The prey is stunned, what seems of fear,
For them a sitting duck.
But panic ensues! The enemy confused!
The damage is already done.
A battle begun, a war already won,
And all without firing a gun.

Who am I? The Salarian Engineer.

Decoy being stationary, enemy thinks its an easy target.

"Then panic ensues! The enemy confused!"

Salarian popping an incinerate, burining the enemy and causing them to panic.

"A battle begun, a war already won,
And all without firing a gun."

The tactical prowess of the Salarians in general. Already won a war, the Krogan Rebellion, without resorting to using weapons, but instead unleashing the genophage on the Krogan population.

I am the Drell Adept.

Many drell are trained to become deadly assassins by the Hanar.

Whilst bolstering my own."

Hinting at Reave, DoT effect on the enemy and the extra DR received when using it. Also why it has to be Drell Adept.

The Drell were in danger of becoming extinct when their homeworld became uninhabitable for them. The Hanar showed them mercy, and took them in with open arms, saving the Drell.

I don't know why I didn't just say salarian, because I did mention both cloak and decoy
