Big Zelda fan. Though the newer games aren't to my appeal. Last great Zelda game IMO was Windwaker.  I hope you like this list as I sure did.

Ocarina of Time's Spirit Temple track is amazing...one of my favs

For some reason I didn't like Spirit Temple theme, big fan of Forest Temple (OoT) and Ghirahim's Battle Themes (Skyward Sword).

I'll always have a love for this particular remix from Artificial Fear that metal-ifies Dark World from LttP. On the more tranquil side, Fushigina Forest, The Feather's Reflection, and Dancing Leaves are fantastic classical remixes.

Most of the non-remix favorites are obvious choices: Dark World, Forest Temple(OoT), and Stone Temple(MM).
