I liked the scene where Shepard first meets the Illusive Man.

Too many to list, but right up there has to be something slightly sadistic, unscripted and non-story related that I do nearly every time I play LotSB: ending the Tela Vasir fight by biotically lifting and throwing her off the building. The way she flies about three blocks into the distance and then instantly reappears on the balcony so she can die at you just amuses me in a cartoonish way.

Shepard and squad running out of the Collector base and just making it back to the Normandy in time.
When I start a playthrough of ME2 I still look forward to pulling off the suicide mission even though I have long known the mechanics behind it. For me that scene is one of the top moments in the entire trilogy.

After I finally downloaded all the free DLC on my third or fourth playthrough, I did Zaeed's loyalty mission. I went against character and took the renegade path because the story did a good job of making me hate Vido.
Anyway, the ending of the mission is a great payoff for having to put up with the ME2/ME3 style ammo system: "Fry, you son of a ****."

Mine is when I headbutt that obstructionist krogan clan leader, Gatatog Uvenk, (even though I can't get Lt Worf out my head).

I found that especially awesome on my Female Shepard playthroughs, when I had helmets turned off

Funniest: The initial conversation with the Normady's chef/maintenance man as well as his little conversations with the crew.
Touching: The completion of Miranda's personal mission. (At least the paragon path version of it)
Badass: The Krogan headbutt
Most interesting character to talk to: Surprisingly, Mordin. Before playing the game, I never thought he would be the most interesting character overall.

Punching the news reporter lady at the citadel. Even the media in the 22nd century can be annoying.

Blowing up the Collector Base and giving TIM/Cerberus the finger.

From ME1 - Your First meeting with Sovereign, the music was epic, and I was terrified of it ha ha
From ME2 - "I AM A BIOTIC GOD"
From ME3 - Dont remember, played it after launch day, not played since, I'm due another playthrough soon.

One of my favorite moments not just in me2 but in the trilogy is the opening of the game up until you get into the cerberus bit. And when I romance Thane I love the conversations my shep has with him.
