There has been a lot said even if not much is out, about companion variability, bigger levels, better artwork. Probably explore regions like Tevinter and Orlais.

Any of these or something else that you are looking forward to for DA3?

Personally when I saw that the specializations might be more than just an extra ability in combat I got excited, me and my roommate started playing DA Origins for some reason the idea of something like that affecting the game even a little made us both really happy and hopeful for the new game.

The option to kill every mage I come across.

DA2 set this game up (so we're led to believe) as a conflict between mages and the Chantry. Mages have gone rogue, and so I want the option to exterminate them.

What am I looking forward to? Playing the damn game! It's been over a year since the DA2 DLC's stopped. I need me some Dragon Age.

Interesting characters, witty banter, and more tidbits on the breadcrumb trail of ever-expanding lore.

The big difference maker might be the frostbite2 engine. I'm confident Bioware will do their usual good job with characters and banter. I can't wait to see how it looks and feels.

For the change that Bioware can still redeem themselves after the creating that abomination of an RPG genre called DA2.

Oh and for the freedom, tolerance and a chance to kill Templars and wipe out this Chantry one god rule imperium.

They will send you a letter.  Obviously. And Leliana will sing sad ballad about how Hero of Ferelden refuse to have a look at her collection of pressed flowers.

My extremely protective dwarf Warden (sword and shield + champion + guardian specs :D) is too occupied with his obsession of finding his loved Morrigan after she went into that mirror and my female mage Hawke is trying to diplomaticly solve every problem in the world while holding hands with Sebastian (oh how nasty :D) and healing her friend Isabela every time she goes into trouble (which means always).

I'm looking forward for companions and a happy ending.

Frostbite + Awesome looking art design

The continued honing and perfection of the Bioware-style RPG, and all the features that come along with that (form-fitting armor, tactics heavy combat, etc)

Whatever joys the story and writing brings, from the most epic plot twist to the little moments of irreverent party banter.

But really, I'm looking forward to see how this whole package comes together.

Some more information regarding Morrigan and the Old God Child (he should be seven to ten years by now) and the opportunity to have ingame arguments regarding the mage vs mundane issue

Not every mage is evil.  That was a mistake with DA2. You were obviously brainwashed into believing that.

What I am looking forward to is the possible revelation that Andraste was a mage.

Besides the quite boring visuals and overused levels, DA 2 was actually quite a good game. With Frostbite 2 and Bioware's promise not to recycle environments again, I believe Dragon Age 3 will be an excellent game!

Here's hoping the game will get the time it needs to be FINISHED, and EA wont rush it out months too early.

The thing I'm most looking forward to are the new batch of characters, their banter and the story.  But I sort of take for granted that that will be good.

I'm curious if anything ever came of interacting with banter and if there's some middle ground between DA2 and DAO-style companion interaction.

The thing I'm most curious about though is probably more detail on how specializations will work and what they are.  I also wonder how much there is to any keep management in the game.  Oh while we're at it, I'm curious if the new engine will result in the environments feeling more detailed and also less flat.  Ever since BG, Bioware cities and dungeons have always felt like BG maps popped up into 3D which means their 2D feel is still there.

This is it for me. Although if I have to pick one thing, it will probably be playing around with all of the options in the new character creation engine.
