You shouldn't have to make an support ticket every time you need to install "Bring Down the Sky".  Why does it even still have a freaking CD key when it's free and the site the installation page directs you to NO LONGER EXISTS?

Yes it would be nice to have the two DLCs in the user's registered content page. But to do this, the company needs to have some free time between projects. Like Blizzard or Telltale. Bioware is always making something, always moving people from one project to the other and their list of priorities is not completely controlled by them. So, yea.

Anything that means just not having to contact EA to make Bring Down the Sky work would be enough. The crazy thing is that it's now free DLC so piracy protection is a non-issue, and it was only a year or so ago, around when I got BDtS, when you did not have to get official help to make free DLC work. Why they took a step backwards for all those people who've come to the series since then - and that's all the people who got into it via the release of ME3 and the Trilogy - is just beyond understanding.

Yeah this DLC has been a joke since the start.
