So many bad examples....

1)  Snipers attacking things that are already getting killed instead of the enemies NOT being shot at nearby.
2)  People drawing aggro to the guy trying to hack the devices.
3)  Melee classes going straight at things that synkill in melee range, then getting synkilled, rather than getting all the other enemies and letting the long range squaddies take out the synkiller.
4)  Nobody going after the Target enemies...
5)  People who use Shockwave RIGHT next to somebody trying to snipe.
6)  Turning on the Reactor without letting squaddies clear the area first.
7)  Attacking sabotaged enemies when there's a whole crapton of NON sabotaged enemies around.
8)  Nobody trying to revive fallen squaddies despite there being NO obstacles in between, and it wasn't even the squaddie dying because they were doing something stupid or anything like that.
9)  Somebody sitting at extraction during wave 11 and getting killed while the rest of the squad is on the other side of the map, drawing aggro away from extraction.
10)  Somebody running off on their own.  Constantly.  When they can't handle it.  Little psychos need to stop running around mindlessly all the time.

Just...UGH....so much stupidity.

Even worse, most try to use "top score" as some kind of an excuse for acting like a sociopath... Or just saying they are too impatient to let their squadmates do their thing...

Your thoughts on these and similar situations?  Or have you been able to actually find people who can cooperate?

I will NEVER stop running around like a jackass! And if I'm too bored to let you do your thing, then letting you do your thing would mean I wouldn't enjoy myself. Enjoying myself is kind of my goal when playing a game.

Teamwork is boring. Four independent players is where it's at.

Point 7, if you sabotage a turret or a prime yes it does work for you for a short period but in plat or gold games those enemies can shred an unwary krogan. It is easier to use those few seconds to bring down their health to a point where it's easier to kill them.
But all your other points are valid, even on bronze I have people bleeding out during objective waves trying to beat my score when they can't handle soloing.

Numbers 1 and 6 are people just straight up trolling you. They won't learn better when they're doing it on purpose to begin with.

Number 9 grinds my gears sometimes. One would think it's common sense that if you are sitting at extraction getting swarmed and the rest of the team is on the other side of the map having cofee, you need to get the f*ck over there with them.

I can and will run off on my own, deal with it. Most of your other problems are caused by crappy players sticking too closely together and focusing on the same targets.

#2 has been happening a lot on silver and gold pugs lately (folks on bronze seem to get it though, go figure). I'm assuming it's mostly newer players who got the game over the hoildays and at least it means they're trying to get the right idea. So while it can be irritating, it doesn't bug me all that much usually.

I mean, on the one hand, it's nice to be playing with randoms who are at least thinking of protecting the objective doing person. On the other, you really don't need to all three stand right next to me. Two several meters away watching for enemy encroachment while one guy hangs out with me for emergencies usually works out really well (insert obvious exceptions here).

Silver and below:
All the time in the world to think about team mates. Oh, you're sniping here? No problem, I'll move. Oh, you set that one up for an explosion? Ok, I'll move over to the next. Oh, someone died on the other side of the map? No problem, I'll revive them.

I play as my Brotarian Sentinel sometimes. I'm always in the enemes face with my incendiary ammo/shockwave strategy. Usuaully, it's the other way around for me. Sniper decides to stand next to me and shoot, then b*tches about my shockwave. That's when I lower my mic volume and never revive him. That's what whiners get, ignored.

I'd rather have someone take the time to blast a hacked turret to hell than try and make it work for me.

People running around makes you angry? Seriously? Of all the possible things to whine about, you choose running?

No.  People running around who can't SURVIVE running around is what makes me angry.  Yaknow the people who just constantly run off and die.

Sabotaged enemies should be first priority. It makes them easy targets.

More sabotaged enemies dying = more explosions.

More explosions = more better.
