Ok I got trolled into a Ashley Romance on ME1, and I have been trying to change it since, at what point in the game in ME3 can I switch over to Liara in ME3 as a romance? Also to friendzone Ashley (Hopefully in a friendly way).

You will get a email from liara shortly after the attack on the citadel by cerberus saying she wants to meet you on the presidium, thats where through dialogue you cement a relationship with her if you havent done so with anyone else
honestly though your better of using gibbed at the start of a new game an changing romance for better dialogue

Why not just play the games again and pick Liara?
