There's 2 files @ 325MB, the toolset and an Eclipse file, but don't count on that since the web page the download refers to is down. When the actual files become available, those numbers will probably change. Still, I doubt they'll be more than 400MB since you're only getting the bare bones toolset. The resources are included with the game itself.

latest beta was 458 MB in (compressed) size. so i would expect the same or very similar size on the download.
