Bleh, it could be anything at this point. Romance/Squad R&R DLC, post ending dream sequence DLC, ect. Guess we won't know for sure until they tell us more.

If it is going to be before the ending though, please, give me Turian Strippers. Sweet, beautiful lesbian turian strippers. Let me go out saying the series was worth it, Bioware.

^This.

Not before there's at least ONE male stripper, of any race really, in Mass Effect universe. Even ONE

Rest and relaxation

As for the pictures....the casino one's sort of interesting, although without details it's impossible to say. Nice to see a couple of images either way, though.

There's probably nothing significant about it either, but logically, I'd imagine he'd be veeeeeery careful about posting anything ME3-related unless it was something positive.

I doubt he is aware of the connotations.

Oh I thoroughly disagree.  He's very aware of what happened a year ago and the anger behind it.  All that preceded a period of time where suddenly a person who talked a lot went completely silent.  He's back on the scene now, mostly for ME4 stuff, but he knows.

Whether or not he applied past experience into his thinking (or even cared) when posting this picture is the real question.  But he's most assuredly "aware of connotations".

Probably, given the fact that her VO did some work that some assumed/interpreted would be in the Omega DLC.

Really? Her voice actress has done some voice over work for Bioware, after the release of ME3?

Either her publicist/agent is totally confused, or she did some DLC work after all

Yeah, it was mentioned in the General area of the forum a little while ago.

That's what I heard, yeah. She was even going on about how she loved playing a certain character, as I recall. I don't know, you'd have to look it up to be sure.

I thought the second picture looked like Illium, the only issue is it looks like another Dlc that technically is redundant before you boot it up, still it looks interesting

Leviathan = New squadmates? No, Hub world? No, Harbinger? No

Omega = New squadmates? No, Hub world? No, Collectors? No, Harbinger? No

Citadel = ?

R&R is only worth it post-ending due to a trilogy of 100's of hours, A war against the rEApers, Lost comrades..etc etc.....a time to reflect and have closure...Pre-ending R&R is just not even enticing as the goodbye's are already ingame.

I agree, although we can't tell if this location will be the entire focus of the DLC. Maybe there won't be any R&R, but we're tracking someone down here. Doesn't sound very exciting though.

Maybe this could be a new hub. That would be nice. With Quasar (how's it written already?).

Mike Gamble's line about R&R could easily just be a comment on the location depicted, not the content of the DLC. I wouldn't read too much into that.

Oups, sorry, Mr. Hudson was what I meant. Probably time for bed :P

The way I read it is that "here's a nice non-combat area." which he then applied a military term to. If that makes sense. And then it does read as something positive, as you mention. "This is a groovy place for some down-time." But I don't know. I just want to caution the people who think this might be post-ending DLC and all based off of that one line about R&R :) nothing wrong with speculations, but expectations that are unlikely to come true is doing yourself a disservice (not you as in you, of course).

Anyway, always liked the hubs, so I'm just happy at the prospect to be back on the Citadel, even if it's only for a brief time. And I'd love to return to the Presidium again, haven't been there properly since ME1.

I'm pretty excited about this! I love Wrex he's alive in all my play troughs. I'm really hoping that it's ending related I really doubt it is, but I'm sure I'll like either way. I'm still hoping for some more Miranda though.

Post Ending DLC:

Takes place 1 year after the Reaper Invasion. You take control of Joker, where you travel around the Citadel, meeting and talking with different characters and squadmates from the franchise, on how their life has turned out. The characters you meet and your surroundings change depending on what ending you chose. If you got a High EMS Destroy, Shepard will be alive. It will feature no combat, and will be a pure story DLC. It also comes with a MP expansion.

Insta-win for Bioware if that's what this is. But the question is, will it be?

Was Rob Schneider ever funny?

True.

Pre-ending R&R (provided that's an actual part of the DLC and not just Casey's referece to the still) would be redundant considering we have the original goodbyes and then the extended cut actually added more goodbyes with your immediate squad.

Post-ending would be the perfect time to do this. Whether or not Shepard is alive, or you assume the role of another character.

Hell, that would actually give me incentive to go through the game and choose Control and, gulp, Synthesis for the first time.

Just not sure this is what's going on in this DLC and it's certainly not what I'm expecting.

But I have to admit, that would be interesting.

Thanks for the link!
Considering that it the day before the source article was published it was tweeted that Seth Green had returned to do some recording sessions (which we have yet to see in a DLC), it's certainly possible that Parasini's actress could reprise her role in this "Citadel" DLC.
Or like you said, it's possible her publicist was just confused!

Would it have to be a goodbye? They could just talk about how they might never see each other again and stuff like that. It would be useless though. The more I think of it, the more I think this is not going to be about R&R. But one can hope...

At bolded: I missed something here. Doesn't R&R just mean rest & relaxtion? How does this relate to anything post ending?
