Wrex is clearly visible, however whoever is standing next to him is unclear. The Alliance uniform is obvious, but that is definitely not sheploo's hair. It Could be Kaidan though.

Seeing "Armax Arena" in the Citadel photo makes me think that if it is post-ending that it will be similar to pinnacle station. if the player wants some conflict and some action they can come here to do some VR combat missions, maybe with your squadmates. Could be some multiplayer maps repurposed for single player. But as always, its just speculation.

Sure, that would have been a nice little addition, something like the Star Trek: TNG poker scenes. Good times in-game and an opportunity for characterization. But, a casino...
