Kinda looks like Thessia in the first pic and the Citadel in the second. Or perhaps the second is for an inner part of Thessia we haven't seen.

It's probably Shepard with Wrex in that lower pic.  But based on some decisions that were made, I'm not how that would be possible.

If I were to guess, I'd say Casey's screenshot is a new area on the Citadel where we get to talk to major characters who are not part of the main plot, for instance, Wrex after the krogan campaign is over.

If it is Wrex there better be a darn good reason he is not helping out the genophage, assisting the Turians, or keeping the other Krogan in line.

I'll get more worked up when i see an actual screenshot. Not something that may only be concept art.

I don't think that it's Wrex. In the Omega DLC for example I have seen several Krogans from the Talon gang who looked similar (the same head color, the same armor, ...).

 Why do i feel like these pictures were shown to us before? i seem to remember seeing them before mass effect 3 came out. I could be wrong but it feels like that.

They were never shown before for sure. You might feel that way, because there's nothing really new on them: one of them is taken in the Citadel Wards (we've seen that sight before in many forms), so it's familiar, the other one is of a krogan (nothing new about it except its weapon, move and armor) in Firebase: Jade (which implies that it's MP material).

We've had artificial daylight (so probably a day-night cycle to facilitate sleep) on the Citadel since 2007.

Looks Citadel-ish, but with Firebase Goddess involved, it's possibly something on Illium or Thessia. But that's just a guess.

Dear lord...How many times do bw hasto say no post ending dlc for people to get it.

Hint: As long as people either don´t believe it or are not up to date with BW posts about the matter, for example new users. With the lack of a proper FAQ regarding the matter, that sticks to the first page, you can also copy your comment and save yourself the time to write in X amount of threads.
