I thought first of all the Krogan could be part of a new enemy faction. Just thought it would be odd for a playable kit not to have gun (if that is even the case in the picture). Still the armor has an odd colouring scheme if it was a "Mercenary".

See?  This is all that it takes, Bioware.  You leak a couple of pics that may or may not point to MP DLC (though why put them in this forum if they don't) and the mood of the userbase does a 180.

I'm really not all that excited about new DLC, to be honest. Retaliation was a buggy mess, so I don't exactly have high expectations for new content. I'd rather have no content than new content that doesn't work.

That's because they messed around with enemies, the Collectors were pretty sloppily done balance and gameplay wise, as were the "additions" to the Geth and Cerberus. (Dragoons are possibly the worst things to come out of any pack of DLC next to Volus.)
But they seem to be steering clear of that... hopefully.

In the picture at the casino type place, that looks like Shepard and Wrex standing there in front of the place near the center. Maybe Wrex has something to do with the new single player DLC?

Same here. That Krogan looks awesome! Looks like he'll be the "N7 Krogan" then. I wonder what the N7 Volus/Salarians will be like, then? Are the new Humans Ex-Cerberus...? I can't wait to get my hands on this!
