I was thinking of picking up the DLC's for DA2...but I've beaten the game ages ago. I was wondering if I can still play the DLC without having to start the entire campaign all over again? I wanna see Felicia Day....but I dunno if I really want to go through 40 hours again just to do so.

You can play them post-game. Just load that auto-save the game made after you finished the story; you'll be transported to Hawke's mansion (which will now be mostly empty — I think Sandal might be there, but that's it), head into your study and locate the statues that begin the DLCs. You can start by clicking on them.
It should be noted that some of the dialogue in the DLCs changes slightly depending on what act you're in. If you play the DLCs post-game, you will be treated as though you were still in the middle of Act 3, even if you still have all the equipment you obtained during the climax. (Don't expect anyone to mention Anders' end-game shenanigans or Hawke being the ruler of Kirkwall, for instance.)

I downloaded Legacy, and have version 1.04, but I dont have the statues that you guys are talking about. Legacy shows in my downloaded content with a check next to it, but I cant find a way to start the campaign.

do you mean you can't find it where it should be or you don't know where the statue is found. If the problem persists I simply recommend starting a new game, it is very exciting doing things in different ways.

The Mark of Legacy and the Mark of Momento...I think thats what they are called, are not in either my estate or in gamlens house. I started a new game for my second run through and they are still not there. All I did was download the content, and it shows in them in the downloaded content area, but there are asterics in front of both of them...I am not sure that means anything but it might.
