Anyone have any suggestions for who to bug about a missing DLC code?  Bought DA2 new (sealed with plastic), but neither of the two advertisements were in the case (one has the code, if I understand right).  After two attempts with two different people, I have to say that EA customer service was as helpful as fleas on a dog.  The best they could do was suggest that I file a claim on some site of theirs which involved a $10 processing fee...which would defeat the purpose of course -  I could buy the DLC for that.  The vendor offered me a refund, but I don't want a refund, I just want the code.  And yes, I know I can play just fine without the BE, but at this point I want it more on principle than anything else. I'll try that when I get home from work. Is that really all I have to do?

Registering your game just lets you post in other parts of the forum. I don't think it will help your situation, which is regrettable.

I have no help to offer. I would take the refund.

I finally just bought the DLC. Kinda funny - you just 'happened' to have had the dog all along and so forth. I've gotten the Exiled Prince and Black Emporium so far, and together they cost as much as the game new.

I have all content available for PS3. I started playing DA2 on PC for the mods. For some reason I have Black Emporium for PS3, but I can't access it for PC. Is there a way around this? I really don't feel like dishing out $10 of DLC when the game costed me $10 on Origins. Sadly, I did use up a giftcard I had from xmas on some of the DLC. It feels wrong buying the same stuff twice.

Is there a way around buying Black Emporium if you already have it on another platform? Just seems to me it should be available on all platforms if you get it on one. Especially the stuff you paid for.

The DLCs are platform specific.
