I've always been a Talimancer, but I've recently found out that in ME3, if Shepard doesn't romance Tali, then Garrus will. They'll end up flirting quite extensively and Shepard later catches them in an intimate moment in the main battery.

Now we all know that Shepard dies in three of the four endings, and the fourth one is questionable. (This is one of the reasons I found it so hard to choose the Synthesis option, as I believed it to be right but also wanted a chance to see Tali again.) So when he does, and after Tali goes through the stages of grief, who do you think will be there when she finally moves on? I mean you can romance Cortez almost immediately after he moves on from Robert, so it's logical to expect that Tali will find someone else to spend the rest of her life with.

I'm wondering if it will be Garrus. Thoughts?

No garrus is too much of a good bro to do that. He knew things with tali are serious so he wont do it. Plus I dont believe Tali would just go for garrus. Maybe another quarian but not soon.

I really am fortunate. Some days I think my stance on the Geth make the ending choice much easier to stomach than it is for other people. Shepard's survival is just a fortunate byproduct of the ending I'd pick anyway.

I really don't think so OP. Tali and Garrus only get together if you've shown no interest in Tali or you dump her . Garrus is a classy guy because he only ends up with Tali is shepard makes it clear he doesn't want her. I highly doubt he would pursue Tali if it was only death that separated her  from shepard . He's too much of a bro and too respectful of shepard to do that in that scenario. Tali I'm sure would be back on rannoch and honestly I see her moving on with another quarian more than Garrus in this case (I would have said Kal but you know). Of course I'm sure it would be a long time before she does if she does.

Yep. If they're both alive and neither is being romanced, they hook up.

Actually Tali is the instigator of that relationship since Garrus is all "Wait...what?" when she lets slip that he doesn't let people get close (meaning her). Up till that point their interactions are just friendly since you can hear those lines even when in a relationship with one of them (so it's not romantic)

Tali technically came on to Garrus so if anything Tali isn't being a bro to femshep if she breaks things off with Garrus

Good point. Though Shepard isn't really known for tact.

Anyway, I don't mind Tali getting herself a new guy. But Garrus going for her... That ain't a "good bro".

Though same can be said for Tali hooking with Garrus if FemShep romanced him.

Um... When was it said she started the relationship? And maybe I'm old fashioned, but since when does that make it ok for Garrus to hook up with her?
