Now, I'm a Garrus-mancer on my favorite playthrough. And on that one, I HOPE Tali was there for him after Shep grabbed the control rods. With her improved immune system. If the big gal's out of the picture, I think Tali's the only one who could pick Garrus up after that crash. And vice versa.

Hosnetly no i don't want that to happen (im a garrus-mancer) It's like i died in real life and my best-friend went out with my boyfriend im dead but still that's disrepectful i wouldn't do that. 

I rather they focus on their worlds and not each others pants ty but if it does happen i can't do nothing about it 

I'll just test seashells with Mordin and Anderson hoping she's not using him or him her

If Shepard is dead, Garrus wouldn't be doing anything wrong by hooking up with Tali at some point down the road.

No matter who Shepard's LI is, if Shepard dies on the Citadel the LI is eventually going to end up moving on and seeing other people. All the potential LIs are young and still have many decades (or centuries, in Liara's case) to live. Realistically, they aren't going to remain forever alone like some old widow or widower.

So if Tali is going to end up seeing other people anyway, why not Garrus? At least he's a good guy that would most likely treat her right.

Well considering how Kal died so he can't ever know the love of Tali and Shep dies and or they're isolated from one another in the best destroy if Garrus is interested in her it's plausible.

Garrus could, it is stated in his ME2's Shadow Broker dossier:

" Former C-Sec officer. Exceptional tactical and team-building skills. Leadership potential overshadowed by Shepard Unlikely to fully develop under Shepard's command. "

After Shepard's death it'd seem almost natural that Garrus would "finally" be able to show his leadership qualities around. Although in Garrus' case I would suspect that he would probably remain on Palaven, and if not would probably command a Turian ship mostly composed of (if not only) Turian crew, rather than commanding on the Normandy itself. If he was to command on the Normandy then I would guess that some of the crew (not just important characters but also referring to any crewmen) would want to be reassigned on other ships since some of them might not want to be commanded by Garrus specifically or perhaps by a Turian.

But, bottom line is Garrus could definitely lead well.

Yes, I agree. I only play FemShep but if she died I do not wish for Garrus to be alone for the rest of his life. And the same for Tali if BroShep died.

I'd go even further.
I always liked Tali the most, but I romanced Ash back in ME1 since Liara bored me to death and Tali wasn't availible. On my current playthrough, I wanted to "correct" that... however, now that I know my best buddy and her are pretty much a perfect match... I just can't flirt with her without feeling like an ass. I'm serious, this is the reason. Thanks, immersion.

Once again, don't bother. Tali just uses Garrus for his body because she's desperate when Shepard doesn't romance her. She's clearly in love with any maleshep, just check her dossier in LotSB if you have that.

About Liara: She's my favourite character and canon romance now, but I agree with you about her ME1 version. I romanced her on my first playthrough, but only because I was curious about Asari, once I saw all cutscenes I switched to Ashley, a religious kickass but still very beautiful soldier. I found that way more interesting.

Liara never shows interest in anyone besides Shepard, no matter if you romance her or not. If you don't, she's still a virgin at the end of ME3, so I doubt she'd have any relationships soon enough to get one of the current short-living humans. And Joker obviously prefers to bang his ship.

I found the Garrus/Tali romance to be a bit out of the blue. I could understand it with Ken/Gabby and Joker/EDI, both of which had been hinted at numerous times, but Garrus and Tali spend plenty of time together without getting flirtatious until near the end of ME3. They worked as platonic friends in ME2, e.g. Tali's "I have a shotgun" when Garrus won't stop joking about the elevator rides and her immune system, or Garrus's "remind me not to get on your bad side" when Tali confronts the volus on the Citadel, but I never saw any implications of romance.
