What DLC? Is this more fanfiction based on 1 image of a krogan with an axe?

1 image of a previously unseen character on a known MP map in a post by a dev self-titled as a  "teaser."  You're right: pure lunatic fantasy.

Because there's no chance that the generic skyline of Thessia will be reused for a future single player DLC's backdrop, right?

And really, while Firebase: Goddess is a MP map it could just as easily be Thessia proper where the screenshot is from.

Nope.  Someone with too much time already "analyzed" the image and pointed out four matching landmarks.  The image was captured at the EZ on Goddess.

Which means nothing.

Look at Firebase: White/N7: Cerberus Fighters and the N7: Ex-Cerberus Scientists. They have quite a few matching landmarks when you look out...and yet take place on two different planets (Noveria and Arrae).

Stop.  It's hammer time...

But seriously.  You do realize that the mods put those pictures into the MP forum, yes?  They would not post spam in a forum where it is unrelated.

Yes, this is why I believe this is the leak we've all been asking biower for. Bryan himself edited the OP to include the picture of what appears to be Shep and Wrex near a Casino on the Citadel, a seemingly SP related pic, in the MP section. They're doing something...

Krogan one could be a MP DLC, but having a Casino one as well? Guessing it's just SP one, especially as they have hinted working on one. But a MP one and SP one would be cool.

Don't really wanna see that hammer in Mp though.

My stockpile of internets is dwindling, and the head should bigger, so you only get 3.  But hey, that's 3 more than you had.

what's with everyone focusing on the Casino.

The message of the second picture is "Shep is hanging out with the superior ME character on the Citadel".

It's not like we're going to play Quazar all the time.

edit: in the US it's WAAAAAGH, is the R a localization thing?

not exactly. Bryan was locking the duplicate threads and personally changed the OP of the not-locked thread to contain the tweeted images.

Which would be the propagation of spam otherwise?  Or not I guess, but it tends to be bad PR to get peoples' hopes up for no reason either way.  Which would be the case if they put that Bioware logo on a thread that had wrong information.

Remember that the BioWare staff are under NDAs regarding forthcoming content and BioWare itself is trying to keep things very hush hush.

If Bryan had locked all the threads in the MP section, it would look far more suspicious and indicative of a SP DLC than if he locked the duplicate threads and left one thread alone.
They did the same thing regarding Leviathan and Omega as well before the particulars of each DLC was formally announced.

If it's Gamble and Casey, it's probably a teaser for a single player DLC character.

It's far too cool a thing for them to give us in MP.

It's also been posted onto the ME Facebook page as well.

I don't believe that.

DLC squaddies weren't the greatest addition to the ME2 in my opinion, and it would require sessions with all the original cast, so the squaddie would interact with others.

Also, the ME3 squad is far more involved in the on-screen events than the ME2 one. Developing another Javik is far harder than giving us more MP assets without personality other than ours.

Could very well be a guy you get just for the DLC. Or just a guy you're working for. :v

Not gonna happen.

I hate Krogans. And hammers. Especially Krogans that look like Covenant Brutes. And especially when the hammer looks like an alliance-designed Gravity Hammer.

However, if they balance the races with three Salarians, and also add another Female Quarian (Sentinel), then I'm happy with the DLC as a whole, I'd hate for the game to die out with only two characters available of the Salarian race, which if I may add is one of the three council alien races and as such, much higher populated than many of these other races. There's no logic behind ending with 5 Asari, 5 Turains and 5 Krogan, but only 2 Salarians.

I'm going to report to me3mpcheaters@biower.com any krogan that I see who isn't carrying a claymore.

Because, we must teach them the art of being a krogan.
