Don't you think making the hypothetical femshep banner challenge "simple" would be even worse than not having one at all?  I can just picture the grief now.

Also, EVERYTHING takes resources.  If you're not the one putting out the time and resources to do it, you don't really get to see how easy it probably is for someone else.

The resources are not that much I have seen some of my own friends make banners or character profiles in less then half a hour maybe even 20 minutes at best so it is not that much

and no fem shepard fans getting a banner to would not be worse no matter how hard or simple it is

Indeed.  We are more than capable of completing the same challenges within a pixel-based environment.

Well they already have those resources on file somewhere.  The female char art was developed for the release of the game.  It involves placing that artwork in the banner in p,ace of the male one.  Not designing it from scratch.  A professional digital artist should be able to do this in half a day or less.  And I do a fair amount of digital art, so know what is involved.

you got your male shepard banner thats fine but their shuold no longer be a excuse or failed reason for their not to be a challange at some later point where fem shepard fans can get a female shepard banner since not everyone loves male shepard both women and men do not all love male shepard

OK, there's more than just making a banner - they also have to implement another challenge, make sure all of the things work within it, that it's recording the data correctly and that points/waves/extractions/whatever are adding up properly. They've had this problem with existing challenges and still have to trouble shoot sometimes.

There's making a banner, and then there's actually doing the coding that goes with it.

It's not about that at all.

Each challenge has one banner.

One image to represent it.

Some of the banners have female only characters.

Men don't complain about them.

It's ridiculous to complain when the shoe's on the other foot.

Not read all posts, but perhaps a friendly/nice request/suggestion to Bioware that in time for the March anniversary of ME3 they do either a weekend challenge (week-long might be better e.g. Hallowe'en) that's theme-appropriate but not too difficult, e.g.:

Extract on any difficulty with a female human character; or

4 extractions on any difficulty with any female human character, once each against Reapers, Cerberus, Geth, Collectors

Or something like that, and have a reward banner featuring the default (ME3) femshep.

Or do a new permanent banner/challenge that may require grinding but is not time-limited to get, e.g. 10 extractions or 200 waves completed of each of the female human characters.

As others have pointed out, to have alternate versions of existing banners would probably be more significantly difficult than creating a new challenge with a new banner.

Well I'll glady buy some more random packs with my money if I can get it better yet bioware I don't even care if you make the female shepard profile banner cost money but I would willingly buy it

and again they could make it for a future challange not everything has to revolve around male shepard or maybe more infact men all together all the time
