Also I wanna know personally if casey hudson only sees shepard as male then why the option to play as female shepard it almost makes it seem like they were wasting jennifers hales time if the character she was portraying wouldn't get equal treatment?
...really?
yes
No, like all joking aside...you're being serious right now?
You think I wouldn't contine this for several pages if I wasn't serious?
It's really hard to tell at this point.

What does Jennifer Hale have to do with MP? Its not like they are using her likeness either. If they did, I would prefer almost any of the other females for eye candy.
My point is what is the real reason that they only added male shepard on a banner when they knew that would annoy or tick off female shepard fans
I would almost ask why did they only use male shepard as the cover to the trilogy edition
is female shepard not taken seriously is that the real reason why they won't add the banner
again it questions if female shepard isn't taken seriously or isn't given the same level of respect then why did they even have jennifer hale there for?

We women are stronger then you'll ever realize and some of us are truely compassionate if any one of you was near death I would try to save all of you even at the expent of my own life but if the situation was reverse would do the same I do not believe so
it may be sexism a little bit of my part but I have the last 200 hundred years of history to prove that we have been underestimated treated as property instead of being seen as people with rights
and yes some of us women are willing to fight for what we believe just as any man would and can if we are given the opportunity why do you think women join the military why do you think they join the navy?
So that perhaps we may at least get a few of you to understand that we are not fragile and that some of us can take care of ourselves
And even more so mothers are strong to carry you for 9 months on end so that you can be born into the world if she didn't carry you or give birth to you you wouldn't even be here.

After looking in this morning, things did not stay on target.
I will now bid farewell to this thread. I think whatever good it was going to achieve has, in practical terms, been achieved. So at least the effort wasn't wasted.

OK OK OK, while I certainly appreciate your fervor, you are going a little overboard. This is a ME3mp forum and we are discussing the possibility of adding a femShep banner, which is fine, if that is what you want,
I personally couldn't care less what the banner is, it could be a pic of a Hanar tickling an Elcor and I would be fine with that. To me all the banner says is "I've done this challenge." What is on the banner itself is immaterial, because I don't think BioWare is trying to make any statements regarding femShep or male Shep with their association (or lack thereof) with a particular banner.
What you are beginning to do here is conflate a small issue with a much larger one. These two issues are completely unrelated and this heavy handed rhetoric only serves to derail the actual issue at hand, which is merely the possibility of adding a femShep banner.
It is obvious that you care deeply about women's rights and empowerment, and that is great, but I believe you are allowing it to warp your perception of what is going on here. The fact that femShep isn't on a banner is not an insult to Jennifer Hale, nor is it a slight to women's rights. When someone looks for conspiracies they always find them, but only because they already believe they exist, that is what is happening here.

how is it a conspiracy theory didn't they realize only added male shepard would upset female shepard fans?
and the trilogy cover as well come on john they're only focusing on male shepard and that isn't cool to me but yes I was originally only trying to request it though some people did push me overboard.

Wow are you seriously butthurt because male Shepard is in the front cover of all the Mass effect? Jesus grow up; like its not even that serious, I could understand you wanting a femshep BotB banner but now you making yourself look ridiculous by saying bioware only cares about male Shepard.
Actually, boxed copies of ME3 come with a reversable cover, on one side is printed femshep, on the other is broshep. You can choose at will which way to have the cover placed in the box, so technically there is no cannon for the outside of the box...

tbh, bioware could or should have expected this to happen. Afterall they made the femshep trailer after a ****storm here. The banner should have been there from the start.
They don't even need to add it immediately but if they add it as a future challange I would be most humble but for them to only add maleshepard and not expect people espically me to not be mad or agitated that is crazy lol.

We already have one thread about this, granted yours is a different idea it is still the same subject. The likelihood of a whole new challenge revolving around 1 banner does not make sense as then their would be complaints if it was easier/harder than the typical botb.
So I am locking this thread
at least i tried..

please bryan why would be unfair to ask for a female shepard banner for a upcoming challange in all seriousness?
the only other option i see, which might be easier to pull off, is change the banner to have both male and fem shep on it

Why not make a new challenge involving the Female characters? I mean, we've got six female humans just sitting there not being involved in anything beyond Tech/Biotic mastery.Bryan Johnson wrote...

I am sorry to say the chances are very low
