Why not make a new challenge involving the Female characters? I mean, we've got six female humans just sitting there not being involved in anything beyond Tech/Biotic mastery.

Uhm, so guys, I've the challenge "Best of the best", and there's a Fem Shep banner option, at least on the manifest...
Any idea on how can we put it ingame? Because the default option is male Shepard and I don't know how to change it into the female one o.O...

go to the bottom of the challenge section in the N7HQ it will say "set active challenge award". then another screen pops up and there should be two BotB banners to chose from.
