The aim assist console players are talking about is a feature we would like removed. We all know that there is a certain amount of assistance when it comes to making headshots etc, if you could play a console game without the game helping your aim hit more than it missed most people including myself wouldn't ever hit a thing, but that's because a mouse is just that much more accurate than a controller, it's also something that could make PvP arenas impossible to play by the casual to competant players when up against someone with a far superior mouse.IllusiveManJr wrote...
Aim Assist allows console scrubs to press left trigger, then right trigger blindfolded all match to win. It's the ultimate I-WIN in ME3 MP.
What myself and others would like to see is when you press the left trigger the game does not choose what target it thinks you want to shoot, like that awful sync killing swarmer in front of that harmless Banshee (poor thing, it's had a terrible time lately). I can't speak for others but whenever I pull the left trigger I just want to zoom in directly where I'm aiming at, as it stands, it picks something else and you're stuck mid scope wondering what and where am I looking at.
