Okay, well first you should be looking for a flyer or something of the like, inside the box, to register, the UCP code on the back of the box is irrelevant. Also if you've tried to register here (under My Games/ Register Games) make sure you've selected the 360 version of ME3. Also you should be able to post in certain forums, such as the general discussion, without having the game registered as far as I know. If you're still having problems go to the Site Help section and ask there, or alternatively, visit EA support chat and explain your issue.
