I didn't know that about the PS3 version, though. My impression was that all of the development was external, but I never actually paid any attention it.

They predicted everything in Retaliation. That warrents the benifet of a doubt. Besides, there isn't anything yet that counters/disproves it.

Well sure. Reddit has definitely had accurate leaks in the past, including Retaliation, but you can't tell me that a lot (if not most) of the stuff leaked on Reddit turns out to be bs. I'm not saying that it IS bs, I'm simply saying that Reddit isn't a 100% reliable source. But then again, Bioware isn't either...

Your talking about Legion, right? There was some mess with Hudson denying a geth squadde, then we got one anyway?
Regardless, it's the most information we have, and for the moment, the information held by the online gameing articles doesn't dispute it.
Still, you're right in that a grain of salt must be taken regarding the info at this early a juncture.

Souly because everything regarding Retaliation (from weapons to Vouls classes) was correct. For now, that warrents a bit more trust regarding ME3 predictions.
You don't have to take everything at face-value, but given Retaliation, you can no longer dismiss everything either.

People who put a lot of faith into Reddit will end up disappointed. There is nothing wrong with Reddit, but a site where anyone can claim to have "insider info" without needing to offer any proof kind should cause peolple to, at least, be sceptical about what is said.

Which is why I'm taking with a grain of salt. I'm frankly getting tired of all the constant Ending hate and ending-DLC wishing and discussion.

But it is true that details for a few of the MP DLC, specifically Earth, that I remember, was leaked somewhere, and it might have been Reddit. But it's been awhile and I cant be entirely certain.

It's also true that it seems like you guys have closed up leaks after Leviathan, Omega, etc were all discovered before they were meant to.

I get there'll be doubts till the real description becomes public but think of this:

If it was the real description, would we have used male pronouns? Our previous descriptions all deliberately avoid them because we know players use male or female Shepards.

I would have thought it authentic (for Reckoning, not the single-player DLC). Since the details for those come directly from the horse's mouth, so to speak, I tend to just take them at face value. Though I didn't look at the actual post, so maybe there are tells in the original that it's fake (certainly, if it used male pronouns as you suggest, or claimed to be the upcoming single-player content).

Leviathan may have been oversight (some of the dialogue went out with the extended cut), but none of the single-player DLC has ever leaked.

We knew as much about Omega as we know about the Citadel DLC: the number of maps and the map IDs. No details ever leaked for either (Omega was a certainty only because it was part of the original plan, and the final result ended up being quite a bit different than that initial draft).

The multiplayer DLC has all leaked. It's hard to keep secret that which you purposely tell to others. ;-)

I think you have to take all announcements both official and on reddit with a pinch of salt. Cause official channels said the endings wouldn't be A,B,C and some long lost Reaper off switch and reddit went on about the Truth DLC. So you just have to wait for the DLC to actually be out. Even the trailers lie. Take Back Earth trailer was a complete farce.
