Although if you have a horse you had best be prepared to spend a lot of money. Unless you live in the Dakotas or Mongolia.

Both. 1 Siberian Husky, 3 (Black shorthair Hemingway, shorthair Tabby, and shorthair Calico).

I also have a salt water fishtank. Looking for an octopus or cuttlefish right now.

And I'm thinking of getting an iguana.

I doubt either taste very good, but dog probably tastes better than cat.

I love both cats and dogs, but cats purr, and that raises them to the top of my list of favourite animals. ^__^

Cats are way better. Low maintenence, cheaper to feed, don't have to take them for a walk, don't have to clean up their poop (well except when you empty the littler box), they purr, they are softer, they fit in your lap, they clean themselves like 10 times a day so they don't stink like a sweaty locker room, they are hilarious to play with with a laser pointer, Catnip..

Dogs are fun too I just hate yappy little dogs. I prefer bigger calm dogs like Black Labs.

Dogs...they are TRUE companions.

Cats are untrustworthy....they go out unsupervised, destroy other peoples yards or kill their smaller pets and don't give a fuk about anything or anyone.
They certanly are lower mantainance because the owner never has to take responsibiltiy for any s*** they do.

But everything else? No.

Cats are really loud when they are in heat or when they are battling.   Did you forget this?

This person has never had a pet cat before....  just imagine the destruction dogs would cause if they were never to be on a leash.  Also 9/10 the destruction you claim, is usually caused by racoons or skunks or feral cats not domesticated ones.  Cats get blamed for a lot of stuff.

Also my cat isn't untrustworthy my cat would wake me up if there was a fire.  It's just a misconception that cats are selfish, arrogant animals but it's not true.  You just have to understand how cats think.
