this is correct

If you break up with her after a ME2 romance she will die, but if you say you want to be with her, then **** off and romance someone else anyway, she will live.  kinda silly

Why would you cheat on Miri. c'mon dude. Really? It's Miri, the level of hotness is off the charts. Okay, okay I lied I would probably bang Aria and Kasumi given the chance. Kasumi- hot. But allers? Really?.... REALLY? But yes, as people have stated if you breakup with Miri she dies, and it's soul crushing- much worse than Thane's death in my opinion. Don't kill Miri. Don't. Seriously, I can't tell you the first time I did it, it crushed me. I felt like a POS.

Are you guys sure? I'm pretty sure that if you forward the docs, give her the funds, secure her loyalty, but break up with her, she'll still live.

and if you give her everything you said but there was never any romance, she will survive

I looked it up again, and you're right. Confirmed that she will die if you say "It's over." But you can still string her along.
