I really don't get how Bioware could fail so much with Allers. She was supposed to be hot and sound like a professional journalist, but she is ugly and her voice acting is atrocious. This is really weird, considering that Bioware made many characters pretty (often too much) and voice acting is the Bioware's crown jewel.

I usually never participate in the EA bashing, but Allers was clearly NOT Bioware's fault. It's obvious they didn't care about the character at all. Which makes me think it was EA fellating IGN for a good review. The fact that Chobot defended the pre-EC endings and insulted fans convinced me.

IGN is a total joke anyway, just a bunch of ad execs getting blown by publishers.
