What do I do?
Where do I go?
Who do I talk to?
I've been stuck for 2 months now!
I haven't the faintest clue what I'm supposed to do!
I just want to progress to the next section!
I've looked at 11 different walkthroughs and I'm none the wiser!

Did any of you get stuck on this section?
Because I honestly don't have a clue what to do!

57 hours spent in Ust Natha, talking to the people there.
Getting disguisted at their practices.
Still getting frustrated not having a clue what to do!

Look in the quest journal, it should say something about what you need to do.

Also, if you are given a task to do within a specific time limit by any female drow pay attention to the time limit, and get those dragon eggs if you want to get out of the UnderDark

Oh please don't tell me that Baldur's Gate 2 has a feature where the game becomes unbeatable because you didn't do objective x 5 hours ago.

I do tell you that this part of BG2 has a feature where you will wear out your finger reloading if you don't do tasks on time
On the other hand, the time limits are very easy. It's just another type of "riddle" that has always been part of D&D since paper & pencil days. Between your journal and the time stamps on your saves, it's a piece of cake. Just be a good little subservient lowly drow male and do what the "girls" - particularly Lolth's Handmaidens - tell you to do in a timely manner. OR you can kill EVERYONE in Ust Natha, which is also fun. But gets those eggs, or be prepared to kill a silver dragon. See, you do have choices

There is even a third possibility: you can try to acquire the infamous Gem Jump spell - first discovered by Canman - which will make you so powerful that everything becomes trivial. But it is extremely difficult and expensive to get.
