If you aren't a cheater, nothing I say will cause you to smack me.

Hypothetical or not, the only argument for the ability to reload cancel is because the devs put it in. That's it. Only argument. So I can replace reload cancelling with missile glitching, or ummm everyone must wear adult diapers while playing, or ummm you gotta drink every time a Volus says pay day.

Now. When the devs make balance changes people don't like, people complain. Want it changed. This is no different. It's a cheap mechanic who's heyday was 15 years ago. That's just my opinion.

- Bioware said it's OK, which really makes the notion that it's not cheating a fact.

- It has a minimal affect on gameplay.

- It requires a measure of skill and timing, and if done incorrectly it makes reloads take much longer.

But at least I'm not a standing joke like you are. Some of your posts will go down in BSN history. Right up there with the "Can flamer kill an atlas in a single cast?" thread.

Yea, but I bet he can solo a Geth Prime without getting sync-killed.

Because nobody ever took offense when they were falsely accused, or lumped in with cheaters even though they don't cheat.

Sound logic once more.

Which ones? The only one you get on me for is lagging on host, and as I proved yesterday, not only possible but many multiplayers used it to cheat. So if I have awesome threads, sweet. I wouldn't necessarily have picked a forum, but hey, gotta start somewhere.

lag while hosting/reload cancelling is cheating, and all the times you have defended these absurd opinions. Not to mention all the times you simply chuck some jargon into a post, hoping it's used in the right context only to get it completely and totally wrong.

Just about every post you make is a solid gold block of pure idiocy and ignorance.

Anymore than the logic that goes into because the devs say it isn't cheating, it isn't. Its software manipulation, its cheating. Based off an unintended bug. Note I said BASED OFF OF.

reload cancelling is awesome, it makes great weapons like Claymore or M-something something Widow usable
and also, in codex it's stated that average soldier is capable to change the thermal clip in about 1 second or so, so reload animation in many weapons break lore XD

If we're going to suspend belief, then Id like to think that the future wouldn't have need for a single shot Claymore and that people can kill with their minds!

Can someone explain to me what OP is trying to say?

Or is he just talking about reload canceling?

LOL. Wait a sec. You and Annomander were adamant that it was impossible. I said it was. Couldn't be any more simpler. And then I let it go on and on by replying. I knew I was right, otherwise Id never start an argument. Just lie I know this argument is all opinion based, but it gets people fired up. Makes my day.

its a really one sided argument though, considering only one guy backed you up and his post is less relevant and more insanely ridiculous than your average one.
workin on 8 pages, 1 guy agreed.
great work.

It's more about optimizing reload cancelling by using the reload cancel time to use powers.

Really? Because even one of the devs said I should suspend disbelief to believe in reload cancelling. He didn't say read a made up codex. You guys do know that this is all make believe right?

I'm just gonna quote this again.

You posted a completely moronic, uninformed opinion, several people (not just me and Annomander) shot you down for it. But you continued to defend it. Eventually the hole you dug was so deep, the only way you could see out of it was the "lol i was just trolling u guize" route.

Pathetic. You're a joke, dude. Nobody in their right mind is going to take you seriously.

In this thread, sure. Others have agreed with me, but I suspect they were around my age or at least played the games where animation cancelling meant reward. Hitting a button is just a joke. Even if you pay the price for doing it wrong, odds are you aren't going to miss unless you just aren't paying attention.

Go google what a lag switch is and go google the ways you can cause yourself lag dude. Stop pretending you know jack cause you don't. Matter of fact, I give an opinion. Mine, Every post you reply in, if you aren't calling someone an idiot, you basically say Im right, youre wrong. At least I afford people to debate me. Condescendence is the pinnacle of maturity.

Also, how is a shorter reload time not a reward? gp plz

Simple question. How something that isn't consider a cheating by the rules creators can be consider a cheat? Simple answer! You just need to live in your own world where you create the rules.

So in GallowsPole world RC is a cheat
In Devs wold is not. So as long as we play the game created by Bioware we should be OK
Just don't venture anywhere near his world (or games)

Again with the jargon terms. Do you really, REALLY not know how P2P networks work?

Is this really your latest attempt to make your ill-informed opinion look better? First it was just straight denial and claims that if people were leeching your bandwidth, you could lag while hosting. Then it was "oh well there is latency between pieces of hardware, so it's possible". Then when people pointed out that humans can't notice latency that is measured in microseconds, you sought around for another reason and came up with lag switches. An equally invalid reason for all the same reasons that people leeching your bandwidth was a moronic reason.

Give it up dude, there's a time to just admit you were wrong.

Who am I condescending. Do you know, that most people on here believe animation cancelling is from ME2? Its a mechanic that started out as a bug found 15 or so years ago. Was it put in ME2? Yeah, but it did not spring from it.

Jargon terms? Ive been doing IT for almost 15 years. You've been switching psu's or editing ini files for what...3 or 4? Reading IT forums don't make ya an expert. Get yourself some experience and then we'll talk.
