Name one choice in ME1 or ME2 that you wanted to see consequences for (but didn't).

Toombs.
Here's an obscure one: Martin Burns, chair of the Parliamentary sub-committee on Trans Human studies. if you save him from the biotic extremists in ME1, he promises to help you in an e-mail in ME2. Instead, he just (presumably) dies when Parliament blows up. Would have been interesting to see how they could work his support into the game, even if only through war assets.

Other than that, probably more with the collector base, or being pro Cerberus in ME2.

As for ME2 into ME3, the Collector base. That kinda felt... really worthless. I blew it up... like a lot and Cerberus still got THAT much from it.
Oh and Thane in ME2. I wish his romanced personality carried on to ME3, but noooope.

I also agree the Collector Base wasn't handled properly. They could have at least made Cerberus enemies stronger or something if you kept the base. "Consequences" from decisions and all that.

You do get an e-mail from... Chordan(?) in ME2 saying his analysis shows the keepers are designed to do 'something' every 50,000 years and they're due to do it again, but he can't get anyone to pay attention to him.hood815 wrote...

There was that keeper in the LotSB video archive which (apparently) killed a Krogan. It'd have been interesting if the keepers went hostile at some point.huntrrz wrote...

The retconned ME1 Renegade ending where humanity takes over the entire council.
To be honest, it was probably a mistake it was ever included in ME1, it's hard (if not impossible) to see how the Turians/Salarians/Asari would ever agree to it.

Not to mention the Cerberus data I had EDI start decrypting in ME2. Unless I missed it nothing came of that either. I know it was going to take a while to access but geesh...
Gianna Parasini - there was some flirting going on in ME2 and I don't recall even an e-mail or Spectre notice about her in ME3...

Little things I expected:
Torturing Elias Kelhem. I know his lawyer said I was a Spectre and there was nothing he could do but...
On the same note, I want to see Harkin come back after Garrus and I roughed him up and shot him.

ME2 : CB
Got other laundry list to it, but hands down, these two are on top of my list

ME2: The Collector Base being destroyed.
ME1 (again): Rachni.
Seriously BioWare, some of the biggest choices got left to flap in the breeze here. You made these choices possible, you told me they were going to matter. You dropped the ball here.
Hell, there wasn't even a few throw away dialogue lines to explain away these things!

that really hasn't been retconned. It could have still happened. Think about it. the council is killed and humanity saved the citadel. They take control of the council until the other races can appoint their new representative to the council

ME2: Saving Sidonus, people really acknowledging Shepard's death, blowing up the Batarian relay, bigger effect of rewriting vs destroying Geth heretics, Collector Base, Kal Reegar's fate, Spectre reinstatement

She was one of my favorite squadmates. Really felt cheated just getting an email, and then having her killed off screen like so many other characters we thought would be important. *cough*Emily Wong*cough*

Content on dark energy. A few NPC mentioned it, i have no idea what they were on about so it kinda made it pointless to have it in the game if no big event came to it.
The original ME3 ending involved Dark Energy, but it got cut for still-unexplained reasons. Haestrom and a few other things were supposed to lay the groundwork so it wouldn't come out of nowhere at the very end.
Rewriting or Destroying the Geth Heretics.
The Rachni. Period.
Sidonis.
Nirali Bhatia.
Collector Ba...frell it. 90% of the choices I made in the game. There.

I don't take the Banshee. I want a real consequence.
