ME1 rachni decision
ME2 Collector Base (shouldn't have to tank my EMS see consequences of the single biggest choice in ME2)
Name one choice in ME1 or ME2 that you wanted to see consequences for (but didn't).

The whole thing with dark energy is so weird...dark energy is essentially negative gravity, but doesn't affect mass...mass is determined by how Higgs field interacts with particles...bah...it's just a cop out
I wish they would clean up their lore in general :\\

Geeze, except for the Wrex/Wreav choice, nearly everything. The Collector base is probably the biggest one, though. Followed by the Rachni and the Council (that technically affected stuff, but not substantially).

The outcome of destroying/saving the Collector base. (This could have decided if you where Cerburus or Alliance in the third game)
Zaeed fighting Paragon Shepard. (Because you fail to kill Vido)
Samara fighting Renegade Shepard. (Too many anti-justicar actions)
Fighting Miranda if you left Cerburus.
Fighting Ash/Kaiden if you stayed with Cerburus.
Honestly I felt that BioWare was going to take the story in this direction. If you don't kill Vido Zaeed declared vengence. Never happened. If you make too many decisions that go against the justicar code Samara said she would kill you. Never happened. I was dead sure Miranda would stay with Cerburus and end up your enemy. She didn't. The whole Ash/Kaiden hating your guts plot would have made more sense if you where still with Cerburus.

@ Alien Number Six,,
Duuudee,, (or Dudette) you got many cool ideas..
1. The outcome of destroying/saving the Collector base. (This could have decided if you where Cerburus or Alliance in the third game)
I'm totally with you on this one. I'm an Alliance fan, but I think it'll be interesting if you got to pick sides in ME3. If Cerberus, you'd get to work with TIM, KL will be in your roster. Strive for human dominance where in the end, you can either support TIM to be Reaper Overlord or sabotage his work.
2. Zaeed fighting Paragon Shepard. (Because you fail to kill Vido)
Made sense, but I like ME3 Zaeed
so I'd have to scratch on this one.
3. Samara fighting Renegade Shepard. (Too many anti-justicar actions)
Can see this happening. But then again, the Reapers are a bigger threat that must be dealt first compared to Renegade Shep
4. Fighting Miranda if you left Cerburus.
Interesting idea,, though I love her resignation speach in ME2 when I blew up the CB and she is my Shep's BFF (if she's LI maybe you can persuade her to join you instead)
Fighting Ash/Kaiden if you stayed with Cerburus.
Yup. And make them more amicable if you blew up the CB
if you're in Cerberus' side and if they're LI, have an option to make them join your side.
---
-sigh- if BW made a reboot with these implemented, I'd buy it -__-

Saving Toombs. I wanted this to factor into my conversations with TIM in ME2, also maybe being able to reconcile in ME3.

d1ta thanks for the praise. I have always viewed TIM as a visionary. I really thought that him and his group would be a option in ME3. It even makes more sense with Renegade Shepard being so pro human in ME. Instead they where given the villian role. The Alliance and Cerburus both want to save humanity. The difference between the two in the first two games is the Alliance wants to play nice with the Council and the other races while Cerburus is willing to play dirty and save humanity at any cost. If the Collector Base decision had been as important as I thought it was going to be your choice of faction could have lead to the ending reflecting your factions thoughts on what was best for humanity.

Rachni, then Collector Base.
There were miniscule differences, but I expected so much more.

There are so many. of them.. how about convincing Garrus to go back to C-Sec/become a spectre? Of course, this would have demanded alternate rectruiting missions, but I guess all the Garrus fans would have been ecstatic about that.

So many. But heres my mine.
All human council.
The data from that Cerberus agent, The one that EDI said would take two years. Yeah right.
The collector base- it played an EMS number. Wow..... Wow.
side note. Handing the geth to Cerberus. What was the thing called. Like, Legion phantom or something on cronos, lol. Can you say LAZY.
Also another side note, ME2 squadies- especially if you romanced them- they should be allowed to join you the first time you talk to them. I love the Kasumi and zaeeds arc in ME3. A fetch quest and then like a brief 1 minute scene with the z-man. Again. wow. Lame.

I would've wanted to see more from Shep's background. I like how there were sidequests dealing with them in 1, but we never see much else except some throwaway lines in the sequels. In ME2 I remember a brief mention about the ruthless background, and being able to justify or express remorse over it. That was nice, we could've used more of that: a way to establish character in Shepard.

ME1:
-
- The Rachni Queen. They survive either way. That is frustrating.
- Giving Samesh Bhatia his wife's body, or letting them study it to counter Geth Weaponry
- Corporal Toombs. I really expected him to come after Shepard in ME2-ME3
ME2:
- The Collector Base
- Destroying the Blood Pack mining and weapons facilities, preventing them raiding the Traverse. Thought that would have some impact.
- The Batarian attacked missile base. You can save the Colony or the Military Spaceport. I really expected that to effect something in No.3

ME1: Rachni decision, saving/killing the council decision (which was handled a bit better in ME2)
ME2: Collector base decision, Legion's replacement (Tali's absence was handled very well, Legion's was terrible)

What about that N7 mission from ME2 where you choose to save the industrial complex or that city?
I chose the industrial complex every time but I don't think that was even mentioned in ME3.
