What does Administration Anoleis of Noveria say if you come back and talk to him after completing the main Noveria mission/quest line?  I had him arrested before setting out to Peak 15.  I have some save files from before I had him arrested, but it would take some time to test this.

I am mainly asking if Anoleis has a fit about the situation with Benezia and the Rachni or if he instead makes some low-key statements.

The other question is:

On the Battle for the Citadel mission is there any squad configuration that leads to Wrex making the argument that the Shepard should attempt to save the Council?

For instance: Who argues that the Council should be saved if you have both Wrex and Garrus with you? 

Edit:  Saw a video in which the player had both Wrex and Garrus in the sqaud.  This resulted in Garrus making the case for saving the Council.

To answer your first question (about Anoleis and the Rachni):

Anoleis asks what was going on at Peak 15. Not sure if your dialogue depends on the dialogue wheel, but you can respond with "They were breeding Rachni." Anoleis assumes you are joking and responds with something to the effect of "Don't toy with me" or something (I forget). You can then respond with something like "No really. They were breeding Rachni." I forget his exact response, but Anoleis essentially is impressed and mutters something about the monetary potential of such experiments.

I have no idea about your second question. I am not sure if there is a squadmate priority on that particular dialogue sequence, or if it depends on who the left/right squadmates are. It would be very difficult to test without modding as you choose your squadmates long before you get to that spot in the game.

Thanks for the reply. So Anoleis does not have a fit about what happened.

IMO, Anoleis is somewhat amusing. I was wondering whether he go off the deep end after hearing about the chaos on Peak 15 after he had already issued various warnings (I received the garage pass from him before having him arrested).

About the second: It would seem a little bit unusual if Wrex was the squadmate that made the case for saving the Council against any of the other squad members.

Regarding the second question: You can't. Wrex always tells you to leave the Council to die, just as Kaidan always tells you to save them.
